Risoni al burro with Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil
Cooking time: 20 minutes
For 2 servings:
1 can of Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil
250g of risoni
2 garlic cloves
julienned roasted peppers
1 tablespoon ghee
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup olives
Salt and pepper
¼ of Parmesan cheese
- Sauté the garlic with the butter and reserve.
- Cook the risoni al dente. Add the garlic and stir. Serve with the chopped olives and Santo Amaro Sardines.
Add Parmesan cheese and voila!
