Tuna Fillets Tapas

For 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of Santo Amaro Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil and Bell Pepper

  • Baguette

  • Red Bell Pepper

  • Cream Cheese

  • Buffalo Cheese

  • Olives

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • White Onion

  • Avocado Puree (Avocado, Greek Yogurt, Salt, and Pepper)

  • Arugula

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Olive Oil

  • Paprika

  • Brown Sugar

Slice the baguette. Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle paprika. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar for extra flavor.

Caramelize onions in a pan with a bit of oil and sugar.

Spread cream cheese and avocado puree on some tapas.

Top tapas with arugula, caramelized onions, cherry tomatoes, buffalo cheese, and olives.
