Spicy Pumpkin Puree Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Santo Amaro European Sardines in Olive Oil

  • One pumpkin

  • Chili

  • Asparagus

  • One carrot

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 large tomato

  • Salt and pepper

Steps

Peel the pumpkin, then cut it in half and remove all the seeds.

Boil them until they are soft to make the puree. Once ready, add salt, chili, and black pepper to the preparation and blend everything.  Set aside.

Boil the asparagus for about 5 minutes until they are tender, arrange, and set aside.

Cut the carrot into small sticks and set aside.

Boil the eggs for 12 minutes, then cool, peel, and cut into slices.

Cut the tomato into slices.
