1 can of Santo Amaro European Sardines in Olive Oil

Avocado

Handful of Walnuts

Arugula

40g Parmesan Cheese

Olive Oil

Steps

Cut each pita into four pieces and warm them on a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Slice the avocado and place it on each piece of pita.

Layer some arugula leaves, crushed walnuts, and a splash of olive oil on the avocado.

Grate the Parmesan and sprinkle it over the preparation.

Top it off by placing the sardines on each serving.

Arrange all the tapas on a large tray or plate to share.
