Tuna Fillets Christmas Tree

Ingredients:

  • Santo Amaro Tuna fillets in Olive Oil and Basil

  • Asparagus.

  • Basil.

  • Parsley.

  • Lemon.

  • 40g of grated Parmesan cheese.

  • One large avocado.

  • Small tomatoes.

  • ½ cup of raisins

  • Fennel.

  • Almonds.

  • Olive oil.

  • Sesame seeds.

  • 2 cloves of garlic.

  • Salt and pepper.

Steps

Wash and cut the asparagus. Boil salted water, add asparagus, and, after 4 minutes, transfer to cold water.

Prepare Pesto Sauce: Blend Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, garlic, almonds, lemon, salt, and pepper in olive oil and set aside.

On a round plate, create a triangular pesto guide. Arrange asparagus from large to small.

Place halved tomatoes, spaced 5cm apart. Add avocado slices to the asparagus.

Align Tuna Fillets along the middle creating the stem of the tree.

Intercalate fennel and basil sprigs with avocado slices.

Place raisins, grated almonds, and sesame seeds on the preparation.
