Tortilla Chips with Santo Amaro Sardines and green sauce

Cooking time: 30 minutes

For 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 1 large bag of chips
  • 1 cup green tomatillos
  • 2 colored bell peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • A handful of coriander
  • 1 avocado
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 sweet corn
  • Salt and pepper



Brown the tomatillos with the onion and garlic, once they are golden brown, add the coriander, half a cup of water and bring to a boil.


Put everything in the blender. Simmer this mix for 5 minutes, add salt and pepper. The green sauce is ready.


In another pan, brown the peppers, add salt and pepper. Remove them from the heat when crispy.

Ready to serve? In a bowl put a layer of chips, add the green sauce, add the peppers and a handful of corn.


We serve with Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil.
