Toast with garlic mushrooms and Santo Amaro Sardines in Tomato Sauce

Cooking time: 15 minutes

For 4 servings:

  • 1 can of Santo Amaro Sardines in Tomato Sauce
  • 1 baguette cut into large pieces
  • 2 cups of mushrooms sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

Sauté the garlic and mushrooms, add the parsley,

salt and pepper and remove from the pan.

Meanwhile, in the same skillet, brown the pieces of bread to which we have added garlic powder and olive oil.

In a tray or plate serve the pieces of bread, the Santo Amaro Sardines and the mushrooms.
