Stuffed avocados with Santo Amaro Tuna

For 4 servings:

  • 1 can of Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup of vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and the avocado, leaving the outer peel intact. In a bowl, add the drained vegetables, the avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and mix everything.

Add the tuna and the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Carefully fill the avocado halves, and sprinkle with parsley.
