Santo Amaro Tuna Fillets and Mango Curry


  • 1 can of Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil and Curry

  • 3 Potatoes.

  • Olive oil.

  • 1 mango.

  • Apple cider vinegar.

  • Honey.

  • ¼ cup of cream.

  • Curry.

  • Paprika.

  • Oregano.

  • Salt and pepper.



Chop a mango and cook it over medium-low heat. Add 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Mix in 3 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp curry, and ½ cup cream. Once blended, remove from heat.


For potatoes: Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into wedges. Preheat the oven to 338 F. Bake the marinated potatoes for 20 minutes, until crispy.


Place mango/curry sauce, potatoes, and paprika on a plate. Add the Tuna Fillets to the plate.
