Santo Amaro Sardine Grapefruit Salad
Cooking time: 15 minutes
For 4 servings:
- 2 cans of Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil
- 1 loaf of artisan bread
- 1 large sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon of honey, sugar or sweetener
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup of sliced olives
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
In a bowl mix the lettuce , onions, coriander.
Add salt and pepper and the grapefruit. The whole sardines go on top of the salad or mixed with the other ingredients. This is a perfect salad to share this Thanksgiving . A healthy Santo Amaro recipe!
