Santo Amaro Bruschettas

Cooking time: 15 minutes
For 4 servings:
- 1 can of Santo Amaro Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- 1 can of Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil
- 1 sliced sourdough bread
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of chopped sweet pickles
- 4 tablespoons of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 100 g of parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Steps

Add some olive oil and pepper on top of every slice of bread, and put them in the oven for 5 minutes at 390 F. Meanwhile, in a cup, mix the mayonnaise, sweet pickles, salt, and pepper.

You can mix the toppings as follow:
- First bruschetta: mayonnaise mix and Santo Amaro Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- Second bruschetta: Parmesan cheese and Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil
- Third bruschetta: sun-dried tomatoes and Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil

Also, you can put the warm, sliced bread, in the center of the table, and the Santo Amaro Sardines and other ingredients around the bread. It will be a fun experience to have everyone prepare their favorite bruschetta, and put their unique touches on it!
