Risoni al burro with Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil

For 2 servings:
- 1 can of Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil
- 250g of risoni
- 2 garlic cloves
- julienned roasted peppers
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup olives
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ of Parmesan cheese

Sauté the garlic with the butter and reserve.
Cook the risoni al dente. Add the garlic and stir. Serve with the chopped olives and Santo Amaro Sardines.

Add Parmesan cheese and voila!
