Ingredients:

  • 3 Sweet potatoes

  • 20g Butter

  • ½ cup of cream

  • 30g Grated parmesan cheese

  • 20g Walnuts

  • 5 Spinach leaves

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Boil and mash the potatoes with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.
