Pasta with tapenade and Santo Amaro Sardines


Cooking time: 20 minutes
For 2 servings:
- 1 can of Santo Amaro Sardines in Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups short pasta
- ½ cup, pitted black olives
- ¼ cup of capers
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Basil
- Salt and pepper
Steps

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, meanwhile, prepare the tapenade.

Combine olives, garlic, capers, salt and pepper.

Slowly drip the olive oil while you are mixing the ingredients together.

Drain the pasta, put it in a bowl and add the tapenade.

Top it with Santo Amaro Sardines and basil.
Ready to serve and share! A glass of wine and a side salad would be perfect to accompany this dish.
