Mexican salad with Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil

Cooking time: 15 minutes
For 4 servings:
- 1 can of Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil
- 2 green diced tomatoes
- 1 red diced tomato
- ½ sliced red onion
- 1 small avocado
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped coriander
- 1 juiced lemon
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper

In a salad bowl put the onion, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and let it soak for 5 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, avocado, coriander and mix.

On the salad add the tuna, green pepper, a little more vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and it is ready to serve!
