Mashed potatoes with cheese and Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil
Cooking time: 30 minutes
For 1 to 2 servings:
- 1 can of Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil
- 3 peeled potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of clarified butter or the one of your preference
- 1 white onion
- 1 red pepper
- ¼ cup of olives
- ¼ cup of milk
- ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper.
Steps

Cook the potatoes for 30 minutes or until soft. Mash them.

Add salt, pepper, ¼ cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, olives, the onion, and red pepper finely chop and mix them together.

Serve Santo Amaro Sardines in Olive Oil on top as the healthy protein for this recipe!
