Healthy tacos with Santo Amaro Tuna

Cooking time: 15 minutes

For 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 lettuce
  • ½ cup pickles
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper



Healthy tacos? Eating delicious and healthy is possible! These lettuce tacos are a perfect option if you want a light dinner.


Cut the onion into small cubes, mix with the chopped tomato and set aside.


In a small plate mix the mayonnaise, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper,


finally add the pickles.


Wash and dry the lettuce, choose the largest leaves, add a teaspoon of sauce (previously made) and spread it.


Add a generous spoonful of the onion and tomato mixture and finally the Santo Amaro Tuna, sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper. Ready to serve!
