Prepare the brown rice and set aside.

Take some arugula leaves, cut the cucumber into small cubes, and halve the tomatoes to make a small salad.

For the curry sauce with passion fruit, use a skillet and add the passion fruit juice, a tablespoon of curry, a tablespoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt. This will reduce until it turns into a sauce.

Arrange on a large serving plate, place the rice and salad sprinkled with sesame seeds on one side, and on the opposite side, drizzle with sauce and delicately position the tuna fillets atop.
