In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your product in new condition for a different product or you can request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.  The steps to follow for returns and refunds are:

• Ensure the original purchase date was within the previous 30 days.
• Make sure the product being returned is in its original packaging and in new condition.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
