 Autumn Salad with Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil & Oregano

Ingredients:

  •  1 can of Santo Amaro Tuna Bell Pepper
  • 2 slices of whole grain toast
  • 1 ripe avocado (sliced)
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tomato (thick slices)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • White sesame seeds for garnish

Steps

1️⃣ Toast the bread: Pop the slices in a toaster until golden and crispy.

2️⃣ Prep the avocado: Slice the avocado and place over the toast. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

3️⃣ Sauté the mushrooms: Cook mushrooms with a pinch of salt and pepper until golden brown.

4️⃣ Grill the tomatoes: Sear tomato slices in a pan until lightly caramelized.

5️⃣ Wilt the spinach: Sauté briefly until just wilted.

6️⃣ Serve it up: On a plate, layer the avocado toast with sautéed mushrooms, wilted spinach, grilled tomatoes, and the flavorful Santo Amaro Tuna Fillets.
