Buttery Tuna Rolls


Ingredients:

2 high-quality brioche or hot dog buns

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 can of Santo Amaro Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil & Piri Piri Pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped

Onion

Avocado

Juice of ½ lemon

Salt and pepper to taste
Steps

Toast the buns lightly in a pan with butter until golden on the inside.
Fill each bun with diced avocado, onion, and parsley.
Then gently place the whole tuna fillets inside, and drizzle with a little of their olive oil for extra flavor.
