Buttery Tuna Rolls

 Autumn Salad with Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil & Oregano

Ingredients:

  • 2 high-quality brioche or hot dog buns

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 can of Santo Amaro Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil & Piri Piri Pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Onion

  • Avocado

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Toast the buns lightly in a pan with butter until golden on the inside.

Fill each bun with diced avocado, onion, and parsley.

Then gently place the whole tuna fillets inside, and drizzle with a little of their olive oil for extra flavor.
