4 large, firm tomatoes

1 can of Santo Amaro Goa Style Tuna Fillets

1/4 cup chopped onion

Olives
-
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Cream cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Wash the tomatoes, remove the tops, and carefully scoop out the insides, reserving the pulp.

In a bowl, mix the onion, parsley, reserved tomato pulp, salt, and pepper.

Top with mozzarella cheese. Place the stuffed tomatoes on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
