 Autumn Salad with Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil & Oregano

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Santo Amaro Tuna Fillets

  • ยฝ cucumber, diced

  • ยผ red onion, finely chopped

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 small tomato, diced

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

  • ยฝ mango, diced

  • Fresh lemon juice (generous amount)

  • Soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika to taste
