Quinoa with Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil

Cooking time: 15 minutes

For 4 servings:

  • 1 can of Santo Amaro Tuna in Olive Oil
  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup of chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • Spearmint leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon Lebanese seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

In a bowl mix the cooked quinoa (cold), add parsley, coriander, Lebanese seasoning, tomato, onion, and lemon juice.

Mix everything and place the Santo Amaro Tuna on the quinoa!
